Norwegian Team

The Norwegian team is organised by Frelsesarrmeen - the Norwegian Salvation Army, seated in Oslo. The organisation tries to help all people in need, including the homeless. Various enterprises are carried out within the scope of this activity, distributing food articles, clothes and other goods, running shelters, therapies, and many more initiatives. For a couple of years they have also been facilitating sports and football in their work.
The Norwegian team boasts of their significant successes, having participated a couple of times at the Homeless World Cups. At the European Indoor Football Championships of Homeless People for the Polish Football Association Cup they participated only once, in 2005, and finished in the 4th place.
